How do I use the app correctly?

The app name is "duoCo Strip". Please search and install the application in Google Play or Apple Store or via the QR code in the manual/controller.

Step 1: Please download the app "duoCo Strip". Step 2: Make sure your phone is Bluetooth capable.Step 3: Then the strip lights automatically connect to the app

Hot tips:

The light strips are not waterproof and suitable for indoor use. Please make sure that the surface you want to stick the light to is clean, flat and dry. Cut the light strip on the cutting marks. Please make sure the device is turned off first and then cut off the light strip. And when you cut it off, you need another power supply to illuminate it. When you use the remote control, point the receiver at the control. The distance to the remote control is 8 m.

Please point to the sensor when you use the remote control.

Make sure there are no obstacles between the remote control and the receiver and the distance is no greater than 26 feet.

Display of the LED light strip

The LED strip light should be rolled out when it lights up.

Do not roll it up to prevent the temperature from accumulating too high and the strip of light burning.

Adjust the length

It can be cut off every 5 LEDs along the cutting markings without damaging the rest of the strip.

If you cut them off, you need another power adapter to illuminate the remaining LED strips. (not included in the package)
